This notice explains how Vetro.ai Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit or contact us through the corporate website at vetrogroup.uk. It does not replace the product privacy policy for VetroCheck.

What this site does
vetrogroup.uk is an informational corporate site. It does not provide document analysis, account login, or payment processing. Those services are offered separately on vetrocheck.co.uk under VetroCheck’s own terms and privacy policy.
Data we may process
- Contact emails. If you email us (for example via info@vetrogroup.uk), we process the content of your message and your email address to respond to your enquiry.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, delivery, and abuse prevention.
We do not run marketing cookies or analytics trackers on this corporate site.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact correspondence on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) or where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle the request and for ordinary business records, then delete or archive them according to our internal retention practice.
Sharing
We use Cloudflare to host this site and route inbound email. We do not sell personal data. Product-related support for VetroCheck is handled under VetroCheck’s privacy policy on that site.
Your rights
If UK GDPR applies to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to complain to the ICO. To exercise rights relating to this corporate site, email info@vetrogroup.uk.
VetroCheck product data
